How about host a freeroll tourney for $100 or even $50 …. in the tourney description put password available at w w w.yoursite. com. Lock the content or password until a cpa offer is completed. You may make $ getting traffic rather than ppc to get traffic. Or put up a freeroll tourney with a unique name all those freeroll whores will g00gle that unique name freeroll and come to your site.

Freerolls, I would only consider if you get the poker room to put up the money, else you will end up with just what is explained above freeroll whores jumping in your tourney.
